The Role:

• Carry out high-quality welding work on a variety of rolling stock fleets.
• Perform welding in multiple positions including overhead, vertical, and horizontal.
• Work from technical drawings, specifications, and instructions to ensure precision and quality.
• Maintain safe working practices at all times, following health and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines and production targets.
• Full training will be provided to adapt your welding skills to the rolling stock sector.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Welder holding a Level 2 (or equivalent) Welding qualification.
• Experience in welding across multiple positions (overhead, vertical, horizontal).
• A strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
• Previous experience in the rail or rolling stock industry is not essential – full industry training will be provided.
• A reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in their work.
