Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Welder (Mig and Tig) for a temp to perm position in Trafford Park, Manchester. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in aluminium welding and the ability to work independently. The pay rate is between £15 to £16.50 per hour with working hours from 7am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 3pm on Friday. Strong adherence to health and safety practices is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in welding, specifically on aluminium.
• Must be comfortable working independently.
• Hardworking attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Welding and Fabricating tasks as per job requirements.
• Support in the machine shop when necessary.
• Cutting and drilling of aluminium as needed.
• Grinding and polishing components.
• Perform general labouring activities around the factory.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols on site.

Overview
