About Us

Flexi Group Ltd is an innovative manufacturer of Architectural Steelwork based in Essex. Our versatile products are in high demand, and this is leading to an exciting growth phase for the company and a requirement for a welder to join us.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out MIG welding on Galvanised and steel components.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings to set out materials and perform tack welding.
• Operating workshop machinery including drills, punches,
• Following welding procedures and working to high quality standards.
• Slinging and lifting loads safely in accordance with training and safety standards.
• Using safety equipment and working in line with all health and safety regulations.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Supporting general fabrication and production tasks as needed.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in MIG welding (preferably with mild steel).
• Ability to work from technical drawings accurately.
• Experience with general fabrication shop tools and equipment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
• Reliable, team-focused and self-motivated approach to work.
• Relevant welding certifications are a bonus, but not essential.
