Are you a skilled Welder/Plater looking for a new opportunity? Hales Group is excited to offer a permanent position with our client in Beccles. You'll be part of a dedicated team, working on a variety of projects to produce, maintain, and repair high-quality products.

What You'll Do:

• Perform MMA and Fluxcore or MIG Welding
• Work with Aluminium, Mild Steel, and Stainless Steel
• Set up and adjust welding equipment
• Create quality welds based on technical drawings
• Conduct continuous quality inspections and repairs
• Prepare products by grinding, drilling, and milling
• Ensure all equipment is in top working order
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in MMA and Fluxcore or MIG Welding
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of welding equipment and safety standards
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Mechanically and technically minded

LOCATIONS: Beccles
HOURS: 7.30am-5pm Monday to Friday
PAY: GBP42,000 per annum
TERM: PERMANENT
