Job description

Prism Connect is seeking a skilled Contract coded Welder to join our client's team in the Oil & Gas sector located in Aberdeen, United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks to fabricate and repair various metal pipes, components and structures, ensuring they meet industry standards and specifications. You will work closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining the production workflow and ensuring safety standards are upheld throughout the process.

  • Proven experience as a Welder in a similar environment. Ideally coded.
  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques, machinery, and safety practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with fastening and assembly techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment.
  • Certification in relevant welding disciplines is preferred.
