As a Welcome Team member, you’ll be the first real-life contact that KatKin customers have with our brand. Your mission is to make every cat parent feel welcome, informed, empowered and excited about their cat’s fresh meals. You will be responsible for calling cat parents to help them to understand our full proposition and products and improve loyalty.
The aim of this role is to deliver moments of delight to our customers, starting with phone calls, but this will expand to various methods as we explore new opportunities in future to provide a world class experience.

- nKatKin was founded in 2019; we’re on a mission to shake up the cat food industry, take on the big corporate cat food brands, and improve the lives of cats all across the country
- .We deliver fresh cooked, 100% meat, preservative free, nutritionally complete cat food on a regular basis to 65k+ happy cats across the UK, and counting
