Join the National Trust as a customer service representative, where you will welcome visitors, provide information, and ensure an excellent experience. As the public face of our properties, you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.
Salary: £12.75 per hourContract/duration: Fixed term contract to end April 2026Hours/working pattern: 22.5 hours per weekFor this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the roleWhat it's like to work here:Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you’ll be working alongside the Welcome and Service Assistants, Service Assistants, and an amazing group of volunteers. Our properties are full of life and locally loved, the Welcome Team are based flexibly across Attingham Park, Sunnycroft, Town Walls Tower and Cronkhill throughout the year.
