Butlin's is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our Welcome Team in Skegness. This part-time role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have memorable experiences during check-in. Ideal candidates will possess a proactive attitude and a passion for engaging with guests, making this a rewarding opportunity in a fun and dynamic environment.
About The Role
Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we are currently looking for Team Members who can add that extra bit of sparkle to our guests' holidays. You will work in our busy check-in area as part of the Welcome Team, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests' first impressions are memorable. As a Welcome Team member, you will welcome guests to the resort, check them in, give directions around the resort, and work closely with the Guest Services team to ensure check-in areas run smoothly.
This role is PART TIME, primarily working on our busy Monday and Friday intake days; however, flexibility is essential. Hours may vary slightly, but applicants must be available until 10 pm on Mondays and Fridays.
We're looking for individuals with a passion for high standards and a desire to go the extra mile to give outstanding service! A 'get stuck in' attitude and a natural ability to engage with people are essential.
