Main Purpose of the Role:

To greet and support customers in the car park by demonstrating controls, vehicle condition, and assisting with luggage, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Main Duties:
  1. Be ready and available in the reception area to assist customers with luggage, controls, and vehicle condition, including bringing the car to the door.
  2. Process customers through the Queue management system or guide them to available services.
  3. Observe service levels and take action to improve them.
  4. Report any service inconsistencies to improve customer experience.
  5. Perform regular cosmetic checks on vehicles to meet customer expectations.
  6. Maintain high standards of customer service, adhering to company policies.
  7. Address customer dissatisfaction by taking ownership and reporting to management.
  8. Ensure safety and security of customers, staff, equipment, and premises, and log lost property immediately.
  9. Identify and communicate any environmental impacts to the Station Manager.
