Job description

What will I be doing?

You will operate the site's weighbridge system, controlling all entries into/out of the site, maintaining the site diary, and ensuring an organized office at all times.

You will:

• Assist with general administrative duties, such as answering phones and directing calls.
• Carry out inductions for visitors to the site.
• Ensure that anyone going onto the site is provided with the appropriate protective equipment.
• Complete appropriate documentation in accordance with legal guidelines.
• Ensure that all SUEZ Health and Safety policies are followed at all times.
• Communicate effectively with the team.
• Deliver outstanding front-line customer service.

What are the requirements?

You need to be self-motivated, have good communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team. Additionally, you should have:

• A flexible approach to work, as you will be expected to cover for holidays and sick days if required.
• The ability and willingness to undertake other roles on site, with the required training and development provided.
