Job Description:

The Weighbridge Operative role involves managing the weighbridge operations at our Robertsbridge site, ensuring smooth logistics and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include operating weighbridge equipment, managing visitor and driver permissions, conducting inductions, and maintaining safety and hygiene standards. The role requires good IT skills, previous administrative experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.

Pay, benefits and more:

Working 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at £12.01 per hour. Overtime is available. Benefits include 25 days' holiday, high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, pension, and other perks.

Typical daily tasks:

  • Operate weighbridge functions and manage site access.
  • Conduct inductions and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinate with various site departments and communicate effectively.
