Job summary

Ambitions Personnel is seeking a reliable Weighbridge Operator for a full-time, permanent role in Bourne. You will accurately weigh vehicles, process tickets, maintain records and support drivers on a busy site.

This role combines administration with on-site responsibilities, offering full in-house training, health and safety focus, and opportunities for development. Hours are standard with occasional Saturday work when required.

Qualifications

• Organised, reliable candidate able to work in office and on site.
• Precise record-keeping and administration throughout operations.
• Confident communication with drivers, customers and site staff.
• Good IT skills and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh vehicles and process paperwork.
• Update the FRED weighbridge system and tickets.
• Scan tickets and maintain electronic records.
• Check pre-dispatch payments and load lists.
• Induct drivers and manage site visitors.
• Support general office duties and small improvement projects.
• Assist with other duties to support site operations.
