Job summary

Global Ardour Recycling in Aldershot is seeking a Weighbridge Administrator to manage vehicle weighing on arrival and exit at the site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy site office environment.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in dealing with customers and strong communication.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Willingness to adapt and develop knowledge.
• Experience in Recycling industry is advantageous with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all vehicles are accurately weighed and processed on arrival and exit.
• Direct vehicles with yard staff to loading/unloading areas for smooth traffic flow.
• Check incoming loads and documentation for site licence compliance and hazardous materials.
• Report anomalies, errors or contamination to appropriate staff.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
