We welcome individuals who may not have the relevant qualifications or experience, as we have a dedicated training department to support your success. We believe that some of the best support workers are those with life experience and a desire to work in the care sector.

You will work with young people aged 11 to 21, who are in the care system for various reasons and have diverse needs, behaviors, and disorders. We seek individuals with confidence, understanding, patience, and the skills to make a positive impact on their lives.

This role involves providing guidance, interaction, and support to children and young adults in residential, educational, or independent living settings, aiming to create a safe environment that addresses their intellectual, spiritual, social, and emotional needs.

We are looking for positive role models for the children and young people.

We seek flexible, reliable, and interactive individuals interested in working in a specialized environment.
