Ocado Logistics Andover is seeking a Weekend Warehouse Operative to support order preparation in ambient and chill environments. You’ll work with robots to pick, pack and prepare shopping totes for customers, with fixed weekend shifts to help plan the rest of your week.

No previous warehouse experience is required and you must be over 18. Training will be provided, with clear progression opportunities and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No previous warehouse experience required.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Weekend availability (Sat/Sun) and occasional nights may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders into totes.
• Ensure correct products go into bags with careful handling.
• Work in ambient and Chill areas (down to 0°C).
• Follow shift patterns and safety procedures.
