Straight Forward Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for Weekend Warehouse Operatives near Norwich. The role involves picking orders, packing and dispatch, stock receipt, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse. Training occurs Monday to Friday before weekend shifts, with weekend hours Sat/Sun 06:00-14:00 and own transport is essential.

Ideal candidates have basic numeracy and literacy, good communication, and a reliable, customer-focused attitude to meet daily operational needs.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience is desirable.
Good standard of numeracy and literacy.
Good communication skills.
Customer-focused approach.
Reliable and committed to weekend working.
Own transport is essential.
Must be available for 5 days of weekday training, Monday to Friday, before commencing the weekend shift.

Responsibilities

Pick customer orders, including product identification and pallet building, in line with company processes.
Dispatch outgoing orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all procedures and disciplines are followed.
Receive stock from packing and check the quality and accuracy of labelling.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Work as part of a team to meet daily operational requirements.
