Job description

Prospect is seeking a Weekend Viewing Assistant for their office based in the Farnborough area.

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have a smart and professional appearance, and are articulate and confident when dealing with Vendors, Buyers, Landlords, and Tenants. A good command of the English language, both verbal and written, is required.

Your responsibilities will include showing prospective purchasers and tenants around properties, which may be empty or occupied by Vendors or Landlords. You will also relay viewing feedback to the office, including any offers made by purchasers or tenants.

Applicants must be confident drivers and car owners, ideally with a satnav.

The position offers an hourly rate of £13.50 plus a fuel mileage allowance.
