Job summary

Vets Now Milton Keynes provides out-of-hours veterinary care for dogs, cats and small animals. Our team works nights, weekends and bank holidays to provide emergency and critical care for sick and injured small animals when they need it most.

Out-of-hours doesn’t mean all hours, and the flexibility and support we provide makes balancing life easier for many of our team. If you’re looking to pick up weekend hours or enhance your ECC skills, this role could be ideal.

Qualifications

• Out-of-hours veterinary role requiring weekend and bank holiday work.
• ECC training and mentoring opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Work the rota pattern including weekends and bank holidays to deliver emergency and critical care.
• Provide high-quality veterinary care for dogs, cats and small animals during emergencies.

Vets Now Milton Keynes provides out-of-hours veterinary care for dogs, cats and small animals. Our team, work nights, weekends and bank holidays to provide emergency and critical care for sick and injured small animals when they need it most.

Out-of-hours doesn’t mean all hours, and the flexibility and support we provide makes balancing life easier for many of our team. If you’re looking to pick up weekend hours or enhance your ECC skills, this role could be ideal. We’re looking for a Vet Surgeon to work the following rota pattern, plus a share of bank holidays:

• Week 1: OFF
• Week 2: Saturday 12:00-19:30 and Sunday 08:00-18:00
• Week 3: Saturday 16:00-22:00 and Sunday 14:00-22:00
• Week 4: OFF
