This bank role involves working weekends, providing personal care, and engaging in community activities. Full training and support are included, with a pay rate of up to £13 per hour.

We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker to support our brand new client at his family home in St Leonards area of Hastings.
Meet the client:
Our client is a 15 year old teenage boy who has autism and challenging behaviour. We are looking for outgoing, bubbly, enthusiastic and spontaneous support workers to take him out and about as he likes to go on adventures.
When you'll be working:
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support a 15 year old teenage boy with additional health needs in his family home and out in the community at the weekends. This will involve supporting him with medication, personal care, managing challenging behaviour and building a good rapport in your communications with him. You will also take him out and about on adventures.
All shifts will be double ups, so there will always be two support workers on shift together.
Ideal candidates will have experience with challenging behaviour.
Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
