We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker to support our brand new client at his family home in St Leonards area of Hastings.
Meet the client:
Our client is a 15 year old teenage boy. He is looking for outgoing, bubbly, enthusiastic and spontaneous support workers to take him out and about as he likes to go on adventures. He also enjoys kicking a ball.
When you'll be working:
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support a 15 year old teenage boy with complex health needs in his family home and out in the community at the weekends. This will involve supporting him with medication, personal care, managing challenging behaviour and building a good rapport in your communications with him. You will also take him out and about on adventures.
All shifts will be double ups, so there will always be two support workers on shift together.
Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
