Yeomans Honda Guildford is looking for a Weekend Showroom Host to join their team at the Honda dealership.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and upbeat, ideally with experience in a similar role, though this is not essential.

You will support our sales and service departments, gaining broad knowledge of Honda products to assist customers and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Answering the phone, greeting visitors, directing them to the appropriate department, and offering refreshments.
2. Assisting with general product queries.
3. Maintaining the customer waiting area, including providing refreshments.
4. Supporting showroom activities during Bank Holidays.
5. Ensuring showroom display vehicles are up-to-date with relevant information.
6. Keeping the used car display in order and taking photographs of used cars.
7. Assisting with test drives as needed.

Service Support:

1. Following up on service appointments to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Maintaining customer contact details in the database.
