Steven Eagell Limited is seeking a Showroom Host for a permanent, part-time role in the UK. You will warmly welcome customers, handle inquiries and help maintain a high standard of customer service in a busy showroom.

Ideal candidates are friendly, team-oriented and professional, with basic IT skills and a driving licence. A comprehensive benefits package is available after probation.

Salary: £12.71 per hour (21years old and over) £10.85 per hour (18-20 years old)

Your Responsibilities as a Showroom Host

As a Showroom Host, you are a central member of the team and a first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to provide a seamless service in a fast-paced environment. Professional and friendly, you will be responsible for welcoming customers to the showroom, helping them with their inquiries and setting the benchmark for the customer experience they expect. Immaculately presented in business attire, with a passion for delivering great customer service, you will present the best image for the Steven Eagell Group. You will have a proven track record in the delivery of great customer service and experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Organised, professional and comfortable using IT systems
• Proactive, helpful and motivated to deliver great customer service
• Interested in building a long-term career in the automotive industry

Experience & Requirements

• Good general education (GCSE English & Maths preferred)
• Some customer service or similar experience is beneficial
• Full, clean UK driving licence
