About this Role

We are seeking a Weekend Shift Manager at our Shieldhall site, Diageo’s largest Scotch packaging site, supplying approximately 30 million cases globally. The site includes 7 production lines, a spirit supply operation, and around 380 staff. This role manages weekend teams, with flexibility around working days/hours.

You will lead approximately 40 team members, including Packaging Team Leaders, Equipment owners, Operators, and Engineers. You should be an inspirational leader passionate about continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence, motivating your team to meet ambitious targets.

High growth in Scotch makes this role crucial for implementing strategic plans for liquid packaging and organizational change.
