Job summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional Weekend Server to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will provide breakfast service, greet guests, and maintain cleanliness and hospitality during weekend morning shifts.

This role is part-time (8 hours per week) with Saturday and Sunday duties, requiring good communication, a neat appearance, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced breakfast service environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, reliable, and well-presented.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Basic food hygiene knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive breakfast service.
• Set up and prepare the breakfast area before service begins.

• Refill buffet items and ensure food presentation standards are maintained.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout service.

• Assist with cleaning and resetting the restaurant after breakfast service.
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
