Pay: £10 - £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Availability: Every weekend

Part Time – Weekend Sales Executive

Bonus of up to £50 per car sold!

Supplemental pay types: Commission pay

Who We're Looking For

Do you have the drive and passion for sales and up-selling?

Has a career in the automotive trade always appealed to you?

Full Uk Drivers Licence Required

If the answer is YES, and you are confident in your sales ability, we could have the perfect role for you!

Role

To be successful in this role, you will love working in a fast paced and competitive sales environment and have the drive to meet sales targets. To be considered for the role, you must have:

Proven experience working in a sales role.

Possess a full UK driving license.

If you have the ability to up-sell, a passion for cars and a flair for customer service, you could become a fantastic Sales Executive with Big Motoring World.

Responsibilities

  • To engage customers, assess their needs and guide them through the purchasing process to achieve sales targets.
  • To provide a professional and customer focussed experience that maximises sales opportunities.
  • To maintain knowledge of the full product range available to customers.
  • To conduct test drives, ensuring customers have a thorough understanding and experience of the vehicle.
  • To take pride and responsibility for your own appearance as well as the appearance and organisation of the site in general.
  • To communicate clearly, proactively and professionally to customers, management and colleagues alike to ensure that information is relayed accurately and correctly.
  • To ensure compliance with FCA regulations, Company Policies, Procedures and Codes of Conduct.

  • Comfortable handling customer objections
  • Strong ‘Closing’ ability
