Job summary:

As a Sales Enquiry Handler based at our Volkswagen dealership in Sheffield, you will provide exceptional support to our customers, answering and managing all forms of sales enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat to convert these enquiries into appointments and sales, which will be further managed by the retail sales teams.

This is a weekend position covering 13 hours across Saturday and Sunday.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Creating outstanding customer confidence in JCT600 Ltd by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional customer care.
  • Maintaining high standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers.
  • Receiving customer enquiries by telephone and converting these into firm bookings.
  • Supporting the market area in adhering to standards and processes in line with franchise contract requirements.

Qualifications:

  • A customer-centric approach, always striving to exceed customer expectations and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Clear and unambiguous communication skills with customers, the public, and colleagues, with accurate record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills across all forms, including email, telephone, and live chat.
  • Ability to manage and calm customers effectively.
  • Skill in selling additional products and identifying further sales opportunities.
  • Competency in numeracy and literacy.
  • Impeccable personal presentation standards.
