Job summary

Paul Smith at Bicester Village is seeking a part-time Sales Consultant to join our team on weekends. As a brand ambassador, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience and storytelling about our products.

You will welcome clients, drive sales, maintain visuals, and assist with stock and till duties. We offer a Commission Scheme, 60% staff discount, a seasonal clothing allowance and 33 days’ annual leave.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming all clients through the Paul Smith sales ceremony, greeting, discovering, proposing, closing, and client follow-up to provide a memorable customer experience.
• Keeping customers up to date with Paul Smith activity: collaborations and shop events to ensure engagement with the brand.
• Providing an 'above and beyond' experience to encourage repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
• Maximising all sales and customer opportunities to drive store KPI and sales performance.
• Taking initiative with stock-related duties: delivery processing, customer orders, store transfers, returns, and stocktakes.
• Ensuring visuals and housekeeping meet company standards on and off the shop floor.
• Using in-store tech (iPads and tills) to process transactions efficiently and complete end-of-day procedures.
