Job Description:

Purpose: Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our Birkenhead store.

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.41 per hour + non-contractual, hourly sales commission.

You should have a positive attitude towards customer service, work well within a team, have the stamina for a fast-paced shop floor, and work calmly under pressure.

Key activities:

• Approaching customers and providing helpful, knowledgeable information about our products.
• Serving customers at the till and processing sales transactions.
• Recommending and promoting complementary products with each sale.
• Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
• Replenishing stock to keep shelves full.
• Processing stock deliveries promptly.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor.
• Performing additional ad hoc duties as required.
