Job Description:

Purpose: Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our Birkenhead store.

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.41 per hour + non-contractual hourly sales commission.

You should have a positive attitude towards providing excellent customer service, the ability to work well within a team, stamina for a busy shop floor, and the capacity to work calmly under pressure.

Key activities:

• Approaching customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on products.
• Serving customers at the till - processing sales transactions.
• Recommending and promoting complementary products with each sale.
• Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
• Continuous stock replenishment to keep shelves full.
• Processing stock deliveries promptly.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor to a high standard.
• Performing additional ad hoc duties as required.
