As a Weekend Sales Assistant, we want you to be:

What your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver outstanding customer service, prioritising customers and delivering a great shopping experience.
• Share your knowledge about our product range and offer helpful advice to customers.
• Actively participate in demonstrating products and occasional character visit days.
• Process sales transactions accurately, securely, and efficiently through the till points.
• Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.

Weekends are our busy time, so we need to deliver a great experience to our customers. We will offer you a 10-hour contract, working 4-hour shifts on Saturday and 6-hour shifts on Sunday. Depending on the trading hours of the store you're applying for, it is also important that you are flexible with start and finish times. We may also ask you to help the store by working extra hours, especially at Christmas and during school holidays.
