Job summary

The Entertainer in London O2 is hiring a Weekend Sales Assistant to help customers, demonstrate products, and keep toys merchandised to our high standards. You’ll work Saturdays and Sundays, with flexible start and finish times, and be part of a friendly team.

You should be confident, approachable, hardworking, and excited about toys, with a passion for great service. We offer pay rewards, holidays, store discounts, and training through our EnterTrainer platform to grow your career.

Responsibilities

• Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.

Key Information about this role:

Rates of Pay:

16-20 year olds - £11.75per hour.

21-year-oldplus - £13.31per hour

What we need from you:

As a Weekend Sales Assistant, we want you to be:

• available to work both Saturday and Sundays
• confident and approachable

What your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver outstanding customer service, prioritising customers and delivering a great shopping experience.
• Sharing your knowledge about our product range and offering helpful advice to our customers.

• Process sales transactions accurately, securely and efficiently through the till points.
• Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards

Weekends are our busy time so we need to be able to deliver a great experience to our customers. We will offer you a 10 - hour contract, working 4-hour shifts on a Saturday and 6-hour shifts on a Sunday. Depending on the trading hours of the store you’re applying for it is also important that you are able to be flexible with start and finish times. We may also ask you to help the store by working extra hours especially at Christmas and in school holidays.
