Weekend only Support Worker Bristol

What we offer you:

• Where you'll be working: Knowle, Bristol
• Your salary: £ per hour rising to £ per
• Your working hours: We offer lots of flexibility to suit you and those you support. If you are interested in sleep-ins, we will pay you £ per shift plus over 12% holiday pay.
• Generous Holidays: 33 days of annual leave (including eight days statutory bank holidays).
• Pay incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% for key dates over Christmas.
• Training & development: Earn money while you get a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.

What you'll be doing:

Every day is different. This can range from supporting someone to plan their weekly shop, to going on an outdoor adventure. Providing everyday personal care to supporting someone to go to their favourite gig. Building someone's confidence in using public transport to teaching money management skills. What's important is supporting people to discover new interests, achieve new goals, and maintain important relationships with their family and friends.

You'll provide the highest possible standard of care and support for learning disabled adults.

Our services in Bristol are busy and fun places to work. Every day is different, and you will support people in activities and to access the community.

Public transport to our service here is limited, so it would be great if you had a driving license and access to a car, or are able to get help getting to and from the service.
