Job summary

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS disclosure is required.
• Driving Licence and own vehicle are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide residential support to service users (18-21) to address housing and personal difficulties, build skills and confidence, and promote independence.
• Support will be provided in a manner that avoids creating dependency and may involve accompanying service users to activities or appointments to help them become more self-reliant.
• Assist with housing management needs to ensure a safe, secure and effective service.
