Are you ready to make a difference as our next Receptionist?
We are looking for a warm, friendly, and highly organised Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues.

Greet all residents, visitors, and colleagues with warmth and professionalism.Manage incoming calls, handle queries efficiently, and direct enquiries to the appropriate department.Organise incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.Support admin tasks including recruitment admin, payroll assistance, rota support, and maintaining accurate records.Ensure reception and communal areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.Assist with visitor management including PPE replenishment.Help coordinate interviews, assist with HR administration (e.g., DBS checks, references, and onboarding).Prepare showrooms and conduct show rounds for prospective residents and families.Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.What skills and experience are we looking for?
Experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is highly desired.Strong customer service skills with a warm and professional manner.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT systems.Experience creating and maintaining organised filing systems.Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.A genuine interest in working in a caring, people-focused environment.What We Offer in Return:
