Albert Bartlett in the United Kingdom is recruiting Production Support staff for a 4‑day weekend shift (Fri–Mon) to support our production operations and uphold our high standards while promoting a healthy work‑life balance.

No prior experience is required, though manufacturing experience is beneficial. You will work as part of a collaborative team, with training provided to develop skills in quality, safety, and efficiency. Competitive hourly pay is offered with employee‑focused benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, though manufacturing/production experience is beneficial.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities for effective teamwork.

Responsibilities

• 39 hours per week Friday and Saturday 8 hours, Saturday and Sunday 12 hours
• Assist in the setup and operation of production machinery, ensuring smooth shifts
• Support production teams in achieving output targets with assigned tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization to uphold safety and efficiency
• Conduct quality checks and communicate issues to supervisors
• Engage in training and skill development opportunities
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a friendly, productive environment
