Job description

Join our supported living service, supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism in Woodlands, Doncaster. As a Support Worker, you will assist clients with daily tasks to promote independence, helping them lead fulfilling and valued lives.

You will provide outcome-focused support, enabling clients to maintain their tenancies, participate in their community, develop independent living skills, and achieve personal goals.

Your role involves maximizing clients' wellbeing and independence through ongoing, tailored care and support. You'll facilitate engagements with their peers and community, promoting personal development.

This role is specifically for individuals who are looking for part-time, weekend work only with hours ranging up to 30 hours.
