Job summary

William Strike Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Part Time Weekend Kitchen Porter for our Brookside Garden Centre restaurant. You will support front and back of house by ensuring a steady supply of clean crockery, cutlery and equipment while learning the safe operation of the pot wash.

The role requires weekend shifts, good hygiene standards, reliability and strong teamwork. We offer hourly rates from £10.40 to £12.75, 6 weeks’ annual leave, free parking and staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• Process all cutlery and crockery through the dishwasher.
• Dispose of waste using appropriate recycling bins.
• Avoid breakages.
• Ensure crockery and dishes are cleaned properly before use.
• Clean equipment and working areas to high food hygiene standards.
• Close down kitchen daily and prepare for the next day.
