At Sodexo Health & Care, we're committed to delivering outstanding support services that help healthcare professionals focus on what they do best – providing exceptional patient care.We’re now recruiting for a Weekend Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of essential soft FM services across our ESNEFT contract. You will need to be based in the Colchester and Ipswich area; a full driving license is also required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong, hands-on leader to coordinate weekend operations across two acute hospitals, four community inpatient sites, and several clinics.From portering and cleaning to patient dining, security, and logistics, your role will be vital to ensuring smooth, compliant and compassionate care support is maintained throughout the weekend.
