OOH Registered Veterinary Nurse - MiNightVet Falmouth

Salary: £36,000
Contract: Part-time, Permanent
Hours: 24 hours per week - 2 x 12-hour days on alternate weekends

A bit about us

MiNightVet Falmouth is based at the purpose-built Rosemullion Veterinary Hospital, opened in 2021. We're proud to be the first hospital in the UK to achieve all seven RCVS Practice Standards awards - all rated Outstanding! You'll be working sole charge during your shifts, but you won't feel isolated: the wider hospital team is well-established and includes colleagues with ECC experience and a passion for supporting clinical development.

Our hospital is a modern referral centre with seven consult rooms, three theatres, a CT scanner, and separate cat and dog kennels. We handle a varied caseload - extending to birds, aquatics, and poultry!

The role

We're looking for aconfident and capable Night Nurse to join our team. You'll be working alongside an on-site vet, with responsibilities including:

• In-patient care
• Emergency cases
• General nursing duties

You'll have:

• RVN registration
• Experience in emergency and critical care
• A self-motivated and independent approach
