Wave in Cambridge is seeking a Sales Advisor (Nespresso Coffee Specialist) to engage customers in-store, demonstrate premium coffee machines, and drive sales at John Lewis. The role emphasizes sharing passion for coffee and delivering exceptional brand experiences.

The position is casual, 2 days per week (Sat & Sun) during November and December, with typical hours 10:00–18:00. Uniform provided, product training available, and ongoing support offered.

Qualifications

• Passion for coffee and ability to convey knowledge to customers.
• Retail/experiential experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to provide clear insights using reporting tools.
