Job summary

John Lewis Ipswich is seeking a Sales Advisor (Nespresso Coffee Specialist) to join our Coffee Advisor Programme. You will engage customers, deliver in-store demonstrations, and create premium brand experiences, working Saturdays and Sundays in November and December. Full training is provided and a smart uniform is supplied.

The role offers a pay rate of £13.45 per hour with bonus potential and is designed as a casual, two-day-per-week position within the John Lewis department store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or experiential role is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Interest in coffee and luxury brands helps.
• Able to use reporting tools to share insights.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers by sharing knowledge and passion for coffee.
