Job Title: Museum / Gallery Assistant

We are looking to recruit a friendly, approachable Museum / Gallery Assistant to help the team deliver a high-quality visitor experience for all gallery/museum users. The role involves providing excellent customer care and assisting with activities and interpretation in the galleries/museums.

Responsibilities include supervising the day-to-day security of the venue and exhibits, welcoming visitors to the craft table, assisting in designing and delivering craft activities, cleaning the venue before and after opening hours, and occasionally staffing the venue for special events outside normal hours. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they receive a warm welcome.

This position requires working every Saturday and Sunday. Enhanced rates are payable for weekend working.
