Job summary

Soho House in Shoreditch, East London, is looking for a Massage Therapist to deliver personalized treatments within our wellness facilities, upholding the highest standards of care, discretion and professionalism for members and guests.

At weekends, you will work as part of a luxury spa team, performing a range of massage treatments, conducting consultations, maintaining a calming environment, and providing aftercare advice while ensuring appointments run smoothly.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Massage Therapy or equivalent.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a luxury spa, wellness centre, or hospitality setting.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of massage treatments to the relevant standard.
• Conduct detailed consultations prior to treatment to understand medical history and preferences.
• Create a calming, professional treatment environment with high hygiene standards.
