Job summary

OLG Recruitment are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a major client in Louth. This permanent role operates on weekends with a Friday–Sunday pattern, alternating days and nights (6am–6pm and 6pm–6am).

The role focuses on maintaining plant performance, completing routine maintenance, and implementing improvements to reduce waste and increase OEE. You will be involved in installing new equipment and ensuring safety and compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and safe engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance and inspections according to schedules.
• Report faults and conduct repairs to minimise downtime.
• Maintain a tidy, safe workshop and equipment area.
• Assist in safety and health compliance and documentation.
