They are seeking committed maintenance engineers who are comfortable in their skills and abilities in fault finding as well as being proactive in planned maintenance. Being able to communicate well with others will be key, along with a passion for making improvements and familiarity with new technologies.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Previous Experience in FMCG: Proven track record working within a fast-paced FMCG environment, with a strong understanding of industry-specific maintenance requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with motors, pumps, conveyors, control equipment, and PLC systems, including fault diagnosis and repair.
  • Specialist Electrical Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical engineering practices in regulated environments such as COMAH, ATEX, or DSEAR, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Apprenticeship Qualification: Successfully completed a four-year, time-served electrical apprenticeship, with a solid foundation in both practical and theoretical electrical principles.
