Diageo is recruiting for a Logistics Operations Contract Manager (Weekend) to oversee weekend logistics across Leven and Shieldhall. You will lead the onsite 3PL Health & Safety programme, drive compliance, and partner with weekday managers to standardise processes and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Technical or Industrial subject desirable.
• Experience in drinks industry or applicable logistics organisation preferred.
• Experience of SAP is essential.
• Good interpersonal and influencing skills; able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own the onsite 3PL Health and Safety Programme and incident investigations.
• Ensure the Quality Strategy for logistics addresses customer concerns and implements mitigations.
• Manage weekend operations, adhere to plan and meet critical metrics including direct despatch.
• Engage with Production Leadership teams.
• Benchmark externally to drive logistics performance improvements.
