Job summary

Yusen Logistics in Northampton is seeking a weekend LGV Class 1 Driver to join on a permanent, part-time basis at Grange Park (NN4 5FB). You will deliver bulk products to other sites and distribution centres on Saturdays and Sundays, with shifts from 04:00 to 22:00, and some flexibility may be required to fit the business needs.

The role requires a full LGV Class 1 licence, CPC, Tachograph card, and up-to-date driving record.

Qualifications

• Requires a full, valid LGV Class 1 licence and CPC.
• Minimum 12 months LGV Class 1 driving experience.
• Valid Tachograph card and up-to-date driver qualification.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work within a team and adapt start times as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to Customers safely and efficiently.
• Perform vehicle inspections and safety checks.
• Manage all delivery documentation accurately.
• Communicate effectively with clients and depots.
