Job summary

eXPD8 are recruiting for a Retail Merchandiser in the Bynea area, with weekend hours (Sat 6:30–11:30, Sun 8:00–12:00) and 8-hour shifts. The role involves setting up and maintaining product displays, following client guidelines, and delivering in-store execution to high standards.

You will work independently, report updates with photos, and stay aligned with the District Team Leader to mitigate risks and ensure timely visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.
• Able to organize own work and manage time.
• Good communication skills and reporting via smartphone.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car if needed.
• Follows health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores on schedule to set up and maintain product displays.
• Follow planograms and client guidelines for each visit.
• Ensure displays are safe and compliant with standards.
• Take photos and write brief reports after each visit.
• Flag issues to the District Team Leader.
• Build professional relationships with store staff.
• Complete all visits on time.
