Part-Time In-Store Merchandiser – Displays & Reports

Job summary

eXPD8 are recruiting a Retail Merchandiser for the Madley area. You will deliver in-store activity, set up and maintain product displays, and ensure visits are completed on time and to the required standard.

Working hours total around 10 per week with shifts (Mon 08:00–12:00, Thurs 08:00–12:00, Sat 16:00–18:00). You will report progress and photos to the District Team Leader, and act as the eyes and ears in-store to support client briefs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.
• Good at organizing your own work and managing time.
• Comfortable working independently and following instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Capable of reporting via smartphone or tablet.
• Understand basic health and safety.
• Honest, respectful and positive.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores on schedule to set up and maintain product displays.
• Follow planograms and client guidelines for each visit.
• Ensure displays are safe and compliant with standards.
• Take clear photos and write short reports after each visit using company systems.
• Inform your Team Leader if you encounter problems and risks.
• Build strong relationships with store staff and represent the company professionally.
• Complete all store visits on time.
