Hours:

• Friday: 8.00am - 2.00pm, Saturdays: 8.30am - 5.00pm, Sundays: 10.00am - 4.00pm
• 20 hours
• Paid overtime, covering annual leave and bank holidays

Main Duties Include:

• Welcome and receive customers promptly and courteously
• Answering incoming calls and transferring promptly to the appropriate person/department
• Ordering stationery and consumables
• Looking after our customers during their visit and keeping them updated
• Liaising between customers and relevant departments
• Experience in a customer facing environment
• Ability to use own initiative and multi-task
• Possess exceptional organisational skills
• Team player
• Flexibility to cover holidays/absence is essential.
• Friendly and personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
